Prime Minister of Jamaica welcomes Sutherland Global Services

Sutherland Global Services (SGS), one of the world’s largest privately owned business process outsourcing companies has opened its first operational center in Jamaica at the University of the West Indies.

Launched on December 24, 2012, the facility has 100 employees and is expected to increase staffing to 1000 by the end of the year. The Prime Minister commended SGS for its investment in Jamaica and said the country looks forward to a long and fruitful relationship with SGS.

Mr Kumar paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister at Jamaica House on Thursday (January 3, 2013).
